Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges.

You may return any item purchased from NOIRBOXING.co.uk for refund or exchange within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Only items purchased from Noirboxing.co.uk can be returned through this process.

• Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
• All products being returned must be returned in original, unopened packaging and must not be used. Noir reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
• The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Noir prior to any refund being issued. Customer is also responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
• Return of a product is at your own cost unless the item is faulty, when NOIR BOXING will refund the postage paid provided proof of the postage paid is supplied to NOIR BOXING with the returned product.
• Noir cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages and recommends that customer place tracking numbers on returned merchandise.
• With all returns and exchanges, please return in the package containing the product with a reason for the return or exchange.

• For international returns and exchanges - The item will only be eligible for returns if faulty, due to import duties and extra shipping costs.
• International returns are not permitted , unless the said item is deemed faulty prior to being sold. The following is for UK Customers; only If the size of any product you have purchased from us is incorrect you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt.
• International shipments - You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once the despatched product reaches your destination country.
